What the?

So Abbey called out from her room the other night, "Do eyelashes grow back?" What kind of a question is that? What did she do to her lashes? Her long, dark, how are you so blonde with such dark lashes, lashes? Upon further investigation it turns out she and Claire were running up the stairs one after another and Claire accidently kicked Abbey in the eye and pulled out a chunk of eyelashes. How does that happen? Anyway, I reassured her they would grow back, she would just be a freak show with a cowlick in her beautiful lashes until they do. Lesson learned? Give your sister some space and never follow too closely.
